Delivery: All media packages are sent digitally to your e-mail address via a download link. This can take up to 4 weeks, but we aim to deliver your content in 2 weeks.

The delivery window starts once the event has finished. IE if there is a two-day weekend competition where you lifted and ordered on the Saturday, the delivery window would still start from the Monday.

Note: After placing your order, you'll receive a link to a form in your confirmation email. Please fill out all relevant information to help us identify you in the photos and videos, and specify any music you'd like in your premium video. A delay in filling this out may result in a delayed delivery date!
